Cancellation Policy

The Player making the reservation is responsible for the full payment of any court fee cancelled less than 6 hours in advance of the actual reservation time. Cancellations made prior to the 6 hour window will receive a full refund.

Where is Island Pickle located?

Island Pickle is located at 51 Evergreen Circle, Masphee, MA. This location is ideal for residents and visistors alike of the Upper Cape and Southeast Massachusetts.

Can I invest in the Island Pickle project?

Absolutely not! Pickleball players grew 225% from 2019 to 2023 and over 48 million people actively played pickleball by the end of 2024.

What is a Pickleball rating?

Pickleball ratings help players match up against others of similar skill level for play in Open and Tournament Play. Skill level is determined by a players ability, knowledge of the game, and strategy. You can find USA Pickleball’s Definitions of Player Skill Rating’s here.

Membership Cancellation & Pause

Cancelling Your Membership

All memberships are subject to a three (3) month cancellation policy from the date of the last billing cycle. Memberships and billing will remain active during the required notice period, after which the cancellation will be processed. This policy allows us to manage scheduling and club operations effectively while ensuring a smooth transition for all members. Pausing Your Membership

Members who experience a medical condition that prevents them from playing may request a temporary pause on their membership. With valid medical documentation outlining the injury, memberships may be paused for up to three (3) months following the last billing cycle. During this pause period, billing will be suspended and the membership will automatically reactivate at the end of the approved timeframe. This policy is designed to give members time to recover while maintaining their place in the club community.
