It’s easy for anyone to visit

You don’t need a membership to enjoy Island Pickle. Here’s everything you need to know before you come play, eat, or just hang out.

New here?

Welcome in. No membership required.

Do I need a membership to visit?

Not at all — everyone’s welcome, member or not. Here’s what you can do any time you stop by:

  • Eat & drink: reserve a table in the pub, or just walk in and grab a seat, settle onto the patio, or pick up a coffee or smoothie.
  • Shop: browse the pro shop for paddles, gear, and essentials.
  • Pickleball: reserve open play or a private court in the app — or drop in during Just Come Play slots.
  • Golf: book a golf simulator bay in the app.
  • Hang out: lots of events are open to everyone, like Saturday Night Live and live music. They’re listed here on the website, and some are in the app too.
  • Games: you can usually grab a game of ping pong in the back or darts in the pub.

We host a lot of private events, so if you’re bringing a group, check the app or call ahead and we’ll make sure there’s space for you and your friends.

Playing & pricing

How play works

How does pickleball work?

Whatever your level, there’s a way to play:

  • Just Come Play: drop-in pickleball slots — $10 for non-members, free for members.
  • Open play: reserve a social session in the app.
  • Private courts: book a whole court for your group in the app.
  • Leagues & tournaments: join organized play throughout the season.
  • Lessons & clinics: work with our coaches, from first-timers to competitive players.
  • Pro shop: grab paddles and gear on your way in.

Book everything in the app. Non-members pay non-member rates; members play at discounted rates.

How does golf work?

Book a golf simulator bay in advance in the app. Each bay fits up to four players and is reserved by the hour. Non-members pay non-member rates; members get discounted rates.

Loyalty points & discounts

Every member, at every level, automatically gets discounts on food and play — and earns loyalty points on food, play, and other purchases. The more you play, eat, and hang out, the more points you earn, building your status and unlocking extra perks along the way.

Good to know

Before you come

Locker rooms

Locker rooms are available for pickleball and golf members only.

What should I wear?

Wear comfortable athletic clothing. One important rule: no outdoor shoes on the courts — please bring a clean pair of court shoes to change into.

Where do I park?

Park right out front. If the lot is full, there’s overflow parking in the adjacent lot.

What are your hours?

We’re open Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays at 7am, weekdays at 8am and the tavern opens at 11am daily.

Where are you / how do I find you?

You can’t see us from the road, so don’t worry if it feels a little hidden! Turn onto Evergreen Circle, follow it all the way to the end, go through the rotary, and you’ll see us. We’re at 51 Evergreen Circle, Mashpee, MA 02649.

Reservation cancellation policy

The player who makes the reservation is responsible for payment of all applicable fees in accordance with our cancellation policy.

For Private Play Pickleball, Pickleball Coaching, Pickleball Clinics, and Golf Simulator reservations, cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled reservation time to receive a full refund. Reservations canceled within 12 hours of the scheduled time are non-refundable.

For Open Play Pickleball reservations, please refer to the cancellation policy listed for the specific event, as cancellation windows may vary.

Membership cancellation & pausing

Membership cancellation

Island Pickle memberships may be canceled after a minimum commitment of three months. All cancellation requests must be submitted in person at the front desk — email and phone requests will not be processed, as we can’t guarantee they’ll be received or reviewed in a timely manner. Cancellations are effective immediately upon request and cannot be scheduled for a future date.

Pausing your membership

Members who experience a medical condition that prevents them from playing may request a temporary pause. With valid medical documentation outlining the injury, memberships may be paused for up to three (3) months following the last billing cycle. During the pause, billing is suspended and the membership automatically reactivates at the end of the approved timeframe. The minimum pause is one month.

This policy is designed to give members time to recover while keeping their place in the club community. To pause your membership, please see a staff member at the front desk; email and phone requests will not be processed.
