It’s not what we think that is important.  We are only as good as you think we are. That philosophy drove us to conduct a comprehensive survey last month.

We received fantastic feedback from over 200 customers (members and non-members alike) that was categorized as:

1) What you like that we should keep doing

2) What you dislike that you want us to stop doing, and

3) What are we not doing that you want us to start doing.

You will see and feel changes this fall based on your feedback, our customers.  The good news is that no major surgery is required, just some tweaks.   

Sometimes we try things that don’t work out.  Sometimes we make mistakes.  We are far from perfect.  Especially me.   But know this: We want you to be ecstatic to be part of our community and we will strive for excellence on all fronts.  

We want you to miss us as much as we miss you when you are not here and will be doing things daily to make that happen!   Island Pickle is more than a club.  It’s a home – your home.
